Terms of Service

GrowthPilot (“we”, “us”) is a growth analytics cockpit operated by Growth Consult. By creating an account or using growth-pilot on the web (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

GrowthPilot lets you track AAARRR metrics, model growth loops, run A/B tests, manage missions and publish content. The Service is currently in early access: features may change, and occasional downtime or breaking changes can happen. We do our best to announce significant changes ahead of time.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Resources (loops, tests, missions, posts) belong to your organization; the OWNER and ADMIN roles control membership and permissions.

The Free plan is free forever within its quotas. Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed in EUR, excluding VAT. We don't store your card details; Stripe does.

You own the data you bring and the content you create (metrics, loops, posts). You grant us the limited right to host and process it to operate the Service. If you publish a loop or a blog post publicly, you make that specific content visible to anyone with the link. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

API keys are scoped to your organization and your plan's limits. You are responsible for keeping keys secret and for the calls made with them. Third-party integrations (GA4, Stripe, Clarity, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Google Sheets) are governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Projections from the Loop Simulator are estimates, not financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms after notice when practicable. Upon termination we delete or anonymize your organization's data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
